**Summary:** Meta is seeking a Strategic Partner Manager to build strategic partnerships with Internet Service Providers (ISPs) in North America. This role requires a high level of creativity and strategic thinking as this individual will play an integral part at Meta to our external telecommunications/ISP partner relationships in North America and serve as the primary point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders. This role will oversee day-to-day operations and partnership management with some of our most important mobile partners in addition to developing and executing on strategic partner initiatives, and advocating internally and externally for our partners. This role is highly cross-functional and will work closely with the Product, Engineering, Sales, Operations, Finance and Legal teams. The ideal candidate will be passionate about Meta and our products and services. This individual will have strong strategy, consultative sales, negotiation and partner management skills. **Required Skills:** Strategic Partner Manager, Internet Service Provider Alliances, NA Responsibilities: 1. Develop and drive our partner strategy to support complex and deep relationships with telecommunications and ISP partners 2. Initiate, structure and negotiate impactful strategic agreements 3. Find and negotiate product related partnership opportunities 4. Maintain new partners and liaise with Meta Product, Partner Engineering, Legal and other cross-functional teams 5. Develop, track, analyze, execute against partner account plans, and communicate key quantitative metrics internally and to partners 6. Remain as a primary point of contact for and maintain strong direct relationships with Meta’s key connectivity partners, assuming the role of an internal and external advocate for our telecommunications and ISP partners **Minimum Qualifications:** Minimum Qualifications: 7. 12+ years of experience, including 5+ years in a partner facing, partner management or equivalent function 8. BA/BS degree **Preferred Qualifications:** Preferred Qualifications: 9. Experience with C-level priorities with U.S. cable companies, digital media and advertising 10. Business development experience negotiating complex technology or media deals 11. Experience initiating and successfully identifying new business opportunities, negotiating agreements and managing relationships post-deal closure 12. Experience in project management, with experience leading and executing multiple time-sensitive projects 13. Experience with telecommunications networks and related technologies 14. Experience with business intelligence, analytics and related domains 15. Experience with digital and lifecycle marketing 16. Experience understanding Meta’s mission, products and mobile applications 17. Experience collaborating cross-functionally and building consensus among multiple stakeholders in an entrepreneurial, high-expectation environment 18. Scrappy, resourceful, action and detail-oriented, with a high ownership mindset to deliver measurable impact 19. Strategic experience and communication skills 20.
